Are you attracted to working with system administration and development within HR? We are now looking for an HR System Administrator who wants to contribute to quality, efficiency, and development in an organization where the ultimate goal is public benefit for the residents.

As a System Administrator, you will be part of a team of four people. Together with your colleagues at our central HR unit, you will serve as expert support for system-related issues within the organization. The main focus will be on administering and developing our HR system, Heroma, but HR system administration also includes other systems that may become relevant to work with. Environmental scanning is an important part of your work as we always strive to develop, which means you may also act as a contact person and requirement setter for system suppliers.

You will work with documentation, such as manuals, newsletters, and procedures, and plan and conduct training as needed. An important task is providing support and assistance to coordinators within operations and specifically to the regional staff. The role also involves participating in version updates and other changes in the HR system, which means correctly handling changed conditions in laws, central and local collective agreements, guidelines, and procedures. You will participate in various networks and user groups both internally and externally, and collaborate daily with colleagues outside your own unit. You are an important part of an internal network with local coordinators, HR, finance, and payroll functions, as well as various roles within IT administration.

About you

We are looking for you with a university degree or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience in system administration and healthcare organization, as well as handling scheduling and staffing in 24/7 operations. You have several years of professional experience, preferably with some experience in a managerial role.

It is meritorious if you have experience in training and creating user documentation. Knowledge of the HR system Heroma or other major payroll systems is a requirement. It is meritorious if you have knowledge of the laws and agreements within the public sector as well as the payroll process.

To succeed in the role, you need to be a problem solver who ensures your work moves forward. You have good collaboration skills and build good relationships with those you meet in your work. You are structured and have no problem working with multiple tasks in parallel. You take initiative and responsibility for ensuring work progresses, whether you are working alone or with others.

You have pedagogical skills, easily see connections, and can prioritize what is best for the operation from a holistic perspective.
