1 position(s).
Do you have experience with public procurement and thrive on driving procurement processes from start to finish? Then you have a job to apply for.
Your new job
We are now looking for an experienced procurement specialist for the new joint procurement organization for the municipalities of Aneby, Eksjö, Nässjö, and Sävsjö. As a procurement specialist with us, you will work partly by providing qualified support in procurement-related matters and partly by independently leading your own procurement processes. This involves drafting request for proposals in dialogue with the business units, evaluating and awarding contracts, signing agreements, and following up on the contracts.
The role also includes monitoring the external environment and keeping up to date with new legislation.
About you
We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in economics, law, or another education that the employer deems equivalent. You have several years of experience in public procurement and are confident in independently planning, leading, and executing procurement processes from start to finish. Previous experience working with IT or construction procurements is an advantage.
You have good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) as well as other regulations and laws relevant to the procurement field. Since the role involves many contacts and extensive documentation, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
To succeed in the role, you are a self-starting person who takes responsibility for your tasks and drives your procurements forward in a structured and independent manner. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently and have a good ability to meet set deadlines, even when handling several parallel procurements.
Since the role involves working together with colleagues, you need to have good collaboration skills. You are receptive, communicative, and create trusting relationships through a professional and service-oriented approach.
You have good judgment and can make well-considered assessments based on both the business unit's needs and current legislation. As a procurement specialist, you are also rule-conscious and have a responsible approach where you ensure that procurements are conducted in a business-like, legally secure manner, and in accordance with laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.
About us
From January 1, 2027, Höglandsförbundet will take over the procurement functions from the municipalities of Aneby, Eksjö, Nässjö, and Sävsjö. You will be part of a working group with an additional 15 procurement specialists, where you together are responsible for the procurement function for the participating organizations. You will also have access to other relevant specialist functions as support in your work.
Good to know
The position is full-time, and you will be able to work partially remotely based on the needs of the business.
If you are called for an interview, you need to be able to prove your citizenship. You do this by showing a valid passport or a certificate of personal data together with a valid ID document. A certificate of personal data is ordered from the Swedish Tax Agency under "My Pages." If you are a citizen of a country outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland, you must also be able to present a valid residence and/or work permit to work in Sweden. Employment can only take place after the work permit has been checked, in accordance with the Aliens Ordinance.
