Your Role

As a store sales assistant at Lidl, you play a key role! You are the face of our store to our customers, and for you, the customer is always number one. You simply love providing great service every day. In the role of store sales assistant, you will work with a variety of tasks that are part of daily store operations.

This includes tasks such as:

• Unpacking all goods and ensuring shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring freshness and checking expiry dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, together with your colleagues, you will contribute that little extra to give our customers the best store experience!

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and moves forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done, and you are driven to work in a results-oriented manner and contribute to the store's success.

• We view it as a positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude towards change
• You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Based on the nature of the tasks and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2023:2, Chapter 8 and Annex 2), you must be at least 18 years old

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 20 hours per week. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled including early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts.
