Are you experienced in working with machinery in a production environment and want to work in Malmö? We are now looking for a Machine Operator for a placement via Lernia Staffing, with our client in Malmö. The role suits you if you are technically interested, detail-oriented, and enjoy practical work.

About the Role

• Location: Malmö

• Working Hours: Two-shift system

• Employment Type: Staffing assignment via Lernia, full-time

• Start Date: According to agreement

As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for monitoring and controlling the production machinery, setting up and adjusting machines, inspecting materials, as well as performing ongoing quality controls and basic troubleshooting. You handle material flow and report deviations according to established routines.

The company operates within the food industry and is located in newly built, modern facilities in Malmö.

The position starts as a temporary assignment via Lernia Staffing, but for the right candidate, there are good opportunities for a permanent transition to the client company.

About You

You are detail-oriented, responsible, and have a good understanding of safety in the work environment. You thrive with practical tasks and work well in a team. Experience from the process industry, preferably from the food sector, or experience as a Machine Operator is advantageous. You take initiative and are eager to contribute to improvement work.

Qualifications

• Forklift license is required; crane license is an advantage

• Category B driver's license and access to a car are desirable

• Experience from the process industry and/or food industry is an advantage
