About the Job

As an assembler, you will participate in the production of our customer-specific and more complex heat exchangers. On the department, you work close to the entire production chain, meaning you influence the process from the first assembly step all the way to the finished product. There are both manual stations and more automated parts, and we would be happy to see you involved in both.

Your responsibilities include:

• Participating in the daily work within the team and ensuring that results are achieved according to SOP.
• Participating in team meetings.
• Working together with the rest of the team and the Team Leader/Team Manager to develop and continuously improve processes.
• Acting independently and contributing to problem-solving.

Administration, in the form of reporting completed work and documentation to customers, is done in our business system. Safety, Quality, Delivery Reliability, and Cost are key words in our production system ALPS and form the foundation upon which our production is built. In ALPS, you are part of the important work with improvements, 5S, and standardized working methods. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that you are interested in developing both yourself and our operations.

We are looking for several individuals, and working hours are scheduled during the day. You are offered a permanent position and will be employed directly by Alfa Laval. Lernia handles only the recruitment process.

What can you do?

We are looking for you who have experience in assembling heat exchangers or from similar industrial operations. If you have a technical or mechanical interest, we see this as an advantage. You are accustomed to using hand tools and have a positive attitude towards practical work. For the position, good knowledge of Swedish and English is also required, both in speech and writing.

Furthermore, we also see that you have:

• A driver's license for at least category AM.
• Overhead crane license.
• Forklift license for category A.
