About the role

As an assembler, you will participate in the production of our customer-specific and more complex heat exchangers. On the department, you work close to the entire production chain, meaning you influence the process from the first assembly step all the way to the finished product. There are both manual stations and more automated parts, and we would like you to be part of both.

Your responsibilities include:

• Participate in daily work within the group and ensure results are achieved according to SOP.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Work together with the team and TL/TM to develop and continuously improve processes.
• Act independently and contribute to problem-solving.

Administration, in the form of reporting completed work and documentation to customers, is done in our business system. Safety, Quality, Delivery Reliability, and Cost are key words in our production system ALPS and form the foundation of our production. Within ALPS, you are part of the important work on improvements, 5S, and standardized working methods. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that you are interested in developing both yourself and our operations.

We are looking for several individuals, and working hours are scheduled during daytime. You are offered a permanent position and will be employed directly by Alfa Laval. Lernia handles only the recruitment process.

What can you do?

We are looking for you who have experience in assembling heat exchangers or from similar industrial operations. If you have a technical or mechanical interest, we see this as an advantage. You are accustomed to using hand tools and have a positive attitude towards practical work. For the position, good knowledge of Swedish and English is also required, both spoken and written.

Additionally, we value:

• Driver's license for at least category AM.
• Overhead crane certificate.
• Forklift certificate for category A.
