Aimpoint AB was the pioneer behind the very first red dot sight – a groundbreaking invention that has made the company a global leader in its field. All of Aimpoint's production takes place within Sweden's borders at their two manufacturing facilities in Malmö and Gällivare, with headquarters in Malmö.

We are now looking for precision assemblers for our production. The tasks will consist of assembly work carried out at various stations and through different stages. The role requires high precision and great attention to detail. It is a job performed with high quality and an efficient pace. As part of the recruitment process, you will undergo a trial assembly, a thorough background check, and a health assessment.

The position is full-time, and you will initially be employed by StudentConsulting as a consultant at Aimpoint. There are good opportunities to transition to a direct employment contract with Aimpoint after the initial consultancy period. We are looking for someone who views this as a long-term opportunity.

Working hours are divided into two shifts Monday–Friday, alternating every other week: 06.00–14.20 and 14.20–22.40. There is also a night shift option where employees work exclusively nights from 22.40–05.30. It is important for this role that you are open to all shifts.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, precision, and a technical interest. Previous experience in fine mechanical assembly is highly meritorious but not required. As a person, we believe you are careful, thrive on structure, and are calm yet prefer working at a fast-paced and efficient pace in various processes. Since many tasks can be repetitive, we believe you have strong concentration skills and enjoy working with clear instructions and routines. As all communication and instructions are in Swedish, you must have fluent spoken and written Swedish.

Additional meritorious experience:

• Background in fine mechanical work.
• Experience from industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Background in the beauty industry (e.g., eyelash extensions or nail art).
