Paroc in Hällekis is now looking for a Quality Engineer who wants to help develop quality in both production and products. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Quality Engineer at Paroc, you work close to production with a focus on ensuring and developing product and process quality. You analyze quality data, identify areas for improvement, and drive actions from idea to implementation.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Analyze quality data and process outcomes
• Follow up on deviations and drive improvement measures
• Collaborate with operators, technicians, and maintenance functions
• Participate in test runs, projects, and change management
• Work in systems and tools for analysis, follow-up, and quality control

This is a role for you who enjoys combining an analytical approach with close collaboration in the operations. You report to the factory's Quality Manager and become an important part of the ongoing development work at the Hällekis plant.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for you who have an engineering degree and experience from manufacturing industry. You have a good understanding of production processes and are driven by developing, improving, and optimizing methods and results.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience in quality work and process control
• Experience in analyzing data and driving improvement work
• A structured and systematic working method
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Good computer skills and experience with analysis tools

It is an advantage if you have experience with MES systems, statistical analysis, TPM, or quality tools such as SPC and FMEA.

As a person, you are analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to turn analyses into concrete improvements and enjoy collaborating with different functions to achieve common goals.
