We are looking for a Property Manager with land surveying expertise to join a state-owned energy company.

This is a consultancy assignment based in Gothenburg.

The position is for 50% of a full-time role.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork skills.

The Assignment

In the role of Property Manager/Land Surveyor, you will work with the valuation of properties in the area outside the industrial fence, property regulation and formation, property sales, acquisition of properties for strategic future needs, stakeholder contact, and the preparation of agreements related to sales.

Responsibilities

• Valuation of properties in the area outside the industrial fence
• Property regulation and formation
• Property sales
• Acquisition of properties for strategic future needs
• Contact with stakeholders, such as the Swedish Land Survey
• Collaboration with the company land surveyor for sign-off
• Preparation of necessary agreements related to sales

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Relevant technical education
• Experience in property management and technical administration
• Business acumen
