• Speaks and writes fluent Danish and Swedish.
• Is passionate about service and puts the customer first.
• Has strong communication skills and enjoys helping others.
• Is solution-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Has previous customer service experience – an advantage but not a requirement.

About the role and responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you are part of our team and assist our customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. Your goal is to ensure every customer feels well taken care of and has a great experience.
