Your responsibilities
As an Order and Customer Support specialist at SKF, you will become a key player in the team and enjoy a varied daily routine working closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Registering and processing orders
• Preparing quotations and following up on deliveries
• Maintaining ongoing contact with customers and providing support
• Collaborating with the sales team and production to ensure smooth deliveries
• Invoicing and reporting on completed tasks

Your profile
This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop in an administrative position with significant customer interaction. No extensive experience is required – we are looking for the right attitude!

We are looking for someone who enjoys order and structure and has a solution-oriented mindset. You thrive in a role with lots of communication and interaction with various people. In your work style, you are curious, a fast learner, and enjoy taking initiative.

>To succeed in the role of Order and Customer Support, you have:

• An interest in technology and business processes
• Basic experience in administration or order management (from work, internships, or studies)
• Fluent Swedish and good command of English, both spoken and written
• Good IT skills and proficiency in the Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with the business system SAP
