Work as a Meeting Booker / Telemarketer from Home!

We are looking for someone who enjoys working remotely/from home and has good experience using the phone as a tool.

A requirement for the position is that you have prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or field sales, and are therefore accustomed to handling objections. You will be making cold calls to potential clients to generate interest in a meeting.

We consider it a plus if you currently have your own business or F-tax status, but this is not a requirement.

About the Role

As a Meeting Booker / Customer Booker, you will be scheduling meetings for well-known companies. Currently, the focus is on appointment setting for real estate agents (e.g., free valuations) and for security alarm companies. Since you are offering a free and appreciated meeting, the conversion rate is high, giving an experienced booker fantastic opportunities to quickly achieve good results. The work involves making cold calls to customers via our dialer.

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
• Scope: Full-time only
• Location: Remote Work – This means you must be able to sit undisturbed and have all necessary equipment (computer, headset, and good internet connection).
• Salary: High commission based on the number of bookings. You are paid regardless of whether the meeting leads to a deal for the real estate agent. (No cap, no base salary, no guaranteed salary).
• Target Income: 25,000 – 45,000 SEK depending on performance.

Basic Requirements to Work With Us:

• Computer with a stable internet connection
• Headset to speak undisturbed on the phone
• An ergonomic workspace at home where you are not disturbed
• Fluent Swedish

• Experienced in calling cold leads

• Someone who finds it easy to build relationships
