We are looking for a nurse for a permanent position at Kattrumpstullen, which belongs to the Health and Medical Care Unit in Area 2. As a care coordinator nurse, you will be part of a team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, and doctors. You will collaborate closely with unit managers and group leaders at the residential facility.

Your role

As a care coordinator nurse, you are part of an interdisciplinary team that is jointly responsible for patients. You will perform individual assessments, plan and lead nursing and healthcare work, and supervise nursing staff. Your work includes both emergency and planned interventions, and it is important that you are confident in your role as a nurse and can act quickly and flexibly.

We have Metodikum, which is a training room to educate care staff on vital parameters.

Your duties also include prescribing therapeutic mattresses and nutritional treatment in consultation with the administration's dietician.

We accept students, and mentoring will be part of your role.

Your qualifications and experience

We are looking for you who have:

  • nursing license
  • experience working in elderly care for approx. 2 years

It is an advantage if you have:

  • supervisor training, as the facility accepts students

You are goal- and results-oriented and have good collaboration skills. You are communicative and are happy to share your own knowledge and experiences, and you are open to learning new things. To work with the elderly and people with disabilities in their homes for the City of Stockholm, you must show an extract from the criminal record register. The extract must not be older than 6 months from the date of issue.
