RESPONSIBILITIES

As a group leader, you have an important role in the operation. You work closely with the responsible unit manager and act as a link between management and employees. You provide the work group with support in their daily work, lead and distribute tasks, and increase accessibility for users and relatives by establishing and maintaining good relationships.

Your role includes contributing to both identifying and implementing improvement work. You have ongoing dialogue and collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and planners based on the users' needs. The assignment also includes administrative and operational tasks as well as documentation in the operation system.

QUALIFICATIONS

The position requires a nursing assistant education and experience of working within elderly care. Experience from working in home care is meritorious, as is experience with the operation systems Phoniro and Lifecare, as well as previous assignments as a group leader, planner, or operational assistant within healthcare. You also need to have competence to work in the Office package and have good communicative skills, both oral and written.

To succeed in the assignment, you need to be organized, structured, and solution-oriented. You also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changes, reprioritize, and handle periods of higher workload as the pace can change suddenly in this operation. Furthermore, you find it easy to collaborate and have a clear focus on goals, quality, and development. We place great importance on personal qualities.
