Job Responsibilities

Working as an assistant nurse at Tullbackagården means providing care and support based on the residents' wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. At our facility, assistant nurses, registered nurses, occupational therapists, and managers work together in a close and non-hierarchical collaboration. We believe that different competencies complement each other and create the best conditions for our residents.

We place great emphasis on creating a meaningful and active daily life. At Tullbackagården, activities are a natural part of care, and we offer, among other things, our appreciated choir, social activities, and shared moments that contribute to joy, community, and increased quality of life.

You are responsible for care interventions for residents based on decisions, implementation plans, and care plans. You also perform delegated tasks from licensed personnel, such as medication administration and training exercises. You are responsible for working in accordance with current legislation, routines, and policies. You document in our journal system.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse. We prefer that you have experience in elderly care.

To thrive in the role of assistant nurse at Tullbackagården, it is important that you enjoy collaborating with others but also have the ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. You need to be adaptable to different situations and people, as well as have a solution-focused mindset during changes. We appreciate if you are creative and take many initiatives.

You must master the Swedish language to a level that allows you to communicate with the individuals we serve, their relatives, colleagues, and to perform written documentation.
