This is crucial in the role of Residential Property Manager. The equation? An economic mindset combined with social agility.

What does property management actually involve? Basically, two things. People and buildings. In that order. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in the real estate industry, enjoys building relationships, and likes to take care of and develop our residential and commercial properties in Gävle. You will be working with a mixed property portfolio consisting of both new production and turn-of-the-century apartments, as well as commercial spaces.

As a Property Manager, you will also drive rental matters for both residential and commercial properties. You will play an active role in reducing vacancies, creating attractive offers, and ensuring a high occupancy rate through close collaboration with both existing and potential tenants.

We are looking for you, a curious and experienced Property Manager, who knows the ins and outs of residential and commercial properties. You enjoy thinking about how we can increase our net operating income while keeping our residential and commercial tenants as happy as possible. Loving numbers and calculations is a must in this role. Equally important is an interest in the people you meet, as a large part of the job involves communication, service, and driving rental matters in a business-like and customer-oriented manner. If you also have a good understanding of how a building functions, you tick almost all the boxes on the checklist.
