About the role

• You will have a clear and important role as part of ensuring the safe, stable, and efficient operation of our air separation plants in Sandviken and Hofors.
• Through your work, you directly contribute to the development of the business by optimizing processes with a focus on safety, quality, sustainability, and efficiency.
• The role involves a combination of administrative, practical, and analytical work where you operate at the plant site while monitoring and developing processes.
• You drive continuous improvements and plan and carry out preventive maintenance.
• You are responsible for creating new and updating existing work instructions.
• You collaborate closely with colleagues and, when necessary, manage the ordering and leadership of hired resources.
• The position is based on weekdays during daytime hours with flexibility, including on-call duties, and work at other locations may occur.

About you

• You have relevant education or equivalent experience from the process industry and wish to continue developing in your professional role.
• Experience in improvement work or process development is an advantage, and you have a strong interest in learning and developing.
• You are practical-minded and enjoy working both on-site in operations and with follow-up and planning.
• You work in a structured and analytical manner with a strong focus on safety, and have the ability to prioritize and make well-founded decisions.
• You thrive in collaboration with others and contribute to an open climate where people support and learn from each other.
• You are proficient with digital tools and use Microsoft 365 as a natural part of your work.
• You communicate clearly in Swedish and English and hold a valid driver's license.
