Job Description

We are looking for a District Nurse or a Registered Nurse for employment within Sollefteå Municipality's Health and Medical Care services.

Nurses within Sollefteå Municipality are responsible for home care and Specialized Housing (SÄBO) within the Elderly Care and Disability Support departments. They are responsible for specific nursing care for users in ordinary housing/SÄBO within a geographical area.

The work relies heavily on collaboration with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, managers, and basic staff at SÄBO and in home care services, as well as the region's health center and hospital.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a District Nurse or a Registered Nurse.

You are confident in your professional role, flexible, and desire a varied workday.

As a person, you are positive, unpretentious, treat people with respect, can work independently, and make your own decisions.

It is important to be able to structure and plan your day in a safe and efficient manner. You see the whole picture regarding the patient and collaborate with colleagues and the entire team surrounding the patient.

You actively contribute to the development of the unit. Together, we create the best care for the patient.

A manual B-driver's license is a requirement.
