Do you want to lead technically advanced projects in an international environment? For Siemens Energy, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to take responsibility for delivery projects related to Core Engine. In this role, you combine technical expertise, economics, and customer contact while ensuring successful deliveries to customers worldwide.

For a consultancy assignment with our client Siemens Energy, we are seeking a Project Manager who wants to accept the challenge of being part of an office with helpful colleagues, a pleasant work climate, and stimulating work with development opportunities!

The role of Project Manager Core Engine today involves taking greater internal and external responsibility with international customers in industries where contracts and requirements are more complex. For those who enjoy working with people, this position offers the opportunity to build networks and collaborate closely with internal contacts as well as some customer interaction.

You will work on delivery projects for our customers around the world. As a Project Manager responsible for correct delivery and budget, you work closely with the members of your Core Engine project. One day you might review a calculation for a new project, and the next day you are responsible for a test run in the workshop together with a visiting customer.

Responsibilities
  • The work involves varied tasks adapted to customer requirements, contracts, and project schedules, working both independently and in teams.
  • You will lead, plan, and follow the projects you work on, and be responsible for technical clearance and coordination of technical issues regarding Core Engine.
  • You also have economic responsibility for your projects, including tasks such as calculation reviews and monthly financial follow-ups.
Competency Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to take responsibility for technically complex projects in an international environment. To succeed in this role, you have a Master of Science degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.

We expect you to have experience in project management within technology, design, or work related to gas turbines. You have strong technical understanding and are accustomed to coordinating projects from planning to implementation.

You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. As a person, you are driven, structured, and thrive on collaborating with many different stakeholders to achieve common goals.
