Do you want to work with varied tasks where no day is like the other? We are now looking for a Building Technician to join our team in Funäsdalen.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance of buildings, both indoors and outdoors.

- Operation and maintenance of water and sewage (VA), plumbing and HVAC, as well as control and regulation systems.

You will work closely with tenants, contractors, and colleagues, becoming a key part of creating comfort and security in our properties.

Qualifications

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license (Category B).

- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

- High IT competence.

Merits:

- Experience in property maintenance or education in building technology.

- System understanding within control and monitoring, ventilation, heating, and cooling.

- Experience with systematic fire safety work.

Personal suitability is given great weight.
