About the Role
We are now looking for an experienced property technician with a genuine interest in technology to join our office in Östersund.
In this role, you will:
- Perform technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in properties.
- Identify and rectify operational disruptions and ensure technically sound systems.
- Participate in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance.
- Conduct inspections and address any deficiencies or deviations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other functions to ensure efficient and sustainable operations.
- Provide professional service and contribute to good customer relationships.
About You
We are looking for someone with a structured approach, technical knowledge, and the desire to deliver high quality.
We would like you to have:
- Education in property technology, installation technology, or equivalent.
- Experience in technical maintenance and operations within real estate.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, ventilation, and/or control and regulation systems.
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license (Category B) (required).
Meritorious:
- Lift certification, fall protection training, and/or electrical training.
