We are now looking for a Business Developer for the National Unit for Forensic Medicine (NERM) with a physical location at the forensic medicine unit in Stockholm.

The assignment involves systematically searching, compiling, and evaluating scientific knowledge, as well as writing reports and manuscripts in Swedish and English. Other tasks such as project management, analysis, planning, and follow-up are also included, which take place within the framework of the forensic medicine department's areas of responsibility.
Qualifications
- University-level basic education with a degree in, for example, biomedicine, epidemiology, or another area deemed relevant by the employer.
- PhD in a field relevant to the tasks.
- Experience working in projects.
- Experience driving own scientific projects.
- Very good competence in searching, compiling, and evaluating knowledge.
- Very good ability to write texts and reports/manuscripts in Swedish and English.
- Good ability to express yourself verbally in Swedish and English.
Meritorious
- Work experience relevant to the position, preferably within a government agency.
Personal qualities and skills
To succeed in this role, you need to be self-reliant and have a very good ability to drive your processes forward, with the operations' goals and results in focus. You are structured and accustomed to planning, organizing, and prioritizing your work in an effective and purposeful manner. You have the ability to break down and analyze complex questions and problems. Furthermore, you have a pronounced ability to collaborate, as you will be part of a team in this role and have many collaboration areas both internally and externally.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
The Employment
The employment is a permanent full-time position starting with a six-month probationary period. The start date is November 1st or as agreed. The position is located at the forensic medicine unit in Stockholm. The agency's units are located in different places in Sweden, so travel for work may occur. Depending on operational needs, there is an opportunity to conclude an individual agreement for remote work as part of working hours. The National Board of Forensic Medicine applies individual salary setting.
RMV is part of the justice chain, and we have high demands on employees' judgment and security awareness, as well as respect for law and order. As a representative of the National Board of Forensic Medicine, you follow the government's values and contribute through your actions to legal security, legal certainty, and trust in the agency.
We conduct background checks for some of our positions by checking extracts from criminal records. In connection with employment at RMV, there may be a duty to be placed on the war establishment. The position may be classified for security, and a security investigation with register control may therefore be conducted during the employment.
