Do you want to represent one of the world's strongest brands within intralogistics while having the freedom to build your own success?
Jungheinrich is a global market leader in forklifts, warehouse equipment, and material handling solutions. We help companies create smarter, safer, and more efficient logistics flows, and we are now looking for a commercially driven technical salesperson who wants to join us in continuing our growth journey in Scania (Skåne).
Job Responsibilities
As a technical salesperson, you are responsible for the sales of new and used forklifts, accessories, and material handling solutions within your district. You work proactively with new customer acquisition while developing long-term relationships with existing customers. To succeed in this role, you need to understand your customers' businesses, identify their needs, and present solutions that create business value and more efficient logistics flows.
You drive the entire sales process independently but work closely with Key Account Managers, system sellers, and the aftermarket organization to create the best holistic solutions for the customer. The role involves many customer visits, high personal responsibility, and structured work with pipeline management, quote follow-up, and sales targets.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the sale of new and used forklifts and associated solutions
- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Process new customers and develop existing customer relationships
- Work systematically with CRM, quote follow-up, and sales targets
- Participate in trade fairs and marketing activities
- Responsible for budget and growth within your geographical area
You are based at our office in Malmö, with the possibility of hybrid work and working from home a few days a week. The role involves some travel with overnight stays, estimated at approximately 10 nights per year. You report directly to the Series Sales Manager.
What does Mikaela Malmström, Series Sales Manager South and West, have to say about the role and the company?
"Jungheinrich offers the best of both worlds: the security of a global market leader and the entrepreneurial spirit of a local organization. Our ambition is to be the obvious global partner for future intralogistics. Through innovation, automation, AI, sustainable solutions, and international expansion, we create long-term value for our customers and continue to advance our position in a rapidly changing industry.
As a salesperson at Jungheinrich, you have the opportunity to represent one of the industry's strongest brands, work with market-leading solutions, and build long-term customer relationships. With great freedom, strong internal support, and good development opportunities, you get the best prerequisites for creating both business results and personal success. To thrive in this role, you are commercially minded, have strong execution skills, and endurance. You are relationship-building, trustworthy, curious, driven, and self-reliant."
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we see that you are a driven and commercially minded salesperson with experience in independently driving business from first contact to closing. You enjoy working long-term, build strong customer relationships, and have the ability to combine structure with high personal drive.
You have a technical interest and like to delve into your customers' businesses and challenges. Experience from technical sales, logistics, material handling, warehouse solutions, forklifts, or related industries is advantageous, but the most important thing is that you have documented results from qualified B2B sales and thrive in a role where business is the focus.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Documented experience of successful B2B sales
- Technical interest and the ability to understand customer-adapted solutions
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Good habit of working in CRM systems and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
It is an advantage if you have experience from forklifts, material handling, logistics, or warehouse solutions.
We Offer
At Jungheinrich, you have the opportunity to represent a well-known premium brand with high quality, innovative products, and a strong market position. You become part of an international and stable company with great future ambitions, while also having the freedom to plan and drive your own daily routine. You will join an experienced and helpful team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and business acumen are highly valued.
