PH:s Fastighetsförvaltarna i Syd AB currently has dedicated employees who together want to make our customers' properties and living environments a little better. We work within the areas of technical management and property services.

We are now looking for a new colleague!

What will you do?

You will be one of those who work closest to the customer. This means, among other things, that you handle any requests and fault reports from customers, maintenance and rounds, as well as supervision of individual and common areas in buildings. The work is varied, independent and social. You have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own.

As a property caretaker, you work with contract management. You will work with both residential and commercial properties. The tasks include standard property maintenance, minor repairs, snow clearing, and inspections of the properties' heating, ventilation, and electrical systems.

As a property caretaker, you will have frequent contact with customers, contractors, and other colleagues working with the customer. It is therefore part of the role to create good customer relations in order to ensure business viability.

We are looking for you who are driven and independent. You should have the ability to see and meet our customers' needs in a professional way and simply enjoy providing good service. It is also important that you are quality-conscious and have the ability to organize and plan your work in an efficient manner.

We are looking for you with experience within the property sector combined with relevant work experience.

Since the work involves a lot of customer contact, you must have good social skills as well as the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing. You have a good ability to see and meet customer needs, both internal and external. Acting professionally and customer-oriented is crucial for this position. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

The position is permanent and the location is Karlshamn.

Probation period applies.

A valid Category B driver's license is required.

Since the computer is a natural part of the work for all employees, you need to be able to handle a computer at work and express yourself well in both speech and writing.
