QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have an academic degree in public health science or another education that the employer deems equivalent. You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and hold a B driver's license.
It is meritorious if you have experience working within democracy, participation, influence, public health, or social sustainability. We also appreciate if you have experience planning, leading, or coordinating processes, projects, or networks, as well as experience working with children and young people. Experience of collaboration between different actors or organizations and knowledge of municipal organization and political decision-making processes are also considered meritorious.
As a person, you are relationship-building and have an easy time creating trusting collaborations. You enjoy working together with others and contribute to solutions focused on the common goal. At the same time, you are self-motivated, work systematically, and take responsibility for planning, executing, and following up on your work.
You have the ability to engage others and communicate in a way that creates participation and trust. You thrive in a role with many contact surfaces, take initiative, and drive the work forward.
