Job Description

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to adapt and migrate existing digital products, services, and components to the new modern web platform. You will work in an agile team (Scrum/Kanban) with a strong focus on open-source technology and close collaboration with UX designers and product owners to deliver high-quality new features.

Main Responsibilities:

• Platform Migration: Adapt, package, and migrate existing digital services and components to the new Next.js-based platform.
• Feature Development: Develop and implement new frontend functionality based on established UX and product requirements.
• AI Integration: Practically apply modern AI technology, generative AI, and AI agents in frontend and product development.
• Quality Assurance: Responsible for creating, automating, and maintaining a testing strategy (unit tests, integration tests, and E2E tests).
• Architecture & Collaboration: Contribute to a unified, long-term sustainable, and component-based architecture, and share your knowledge to inspire the team.

Required Qualifications

• Modern JS Stack: Minimum 3 years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Framework Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience with, and very good knowledge of, Next.js.
• Platform Experience: Participated in at least one project involving the development of a frontend platform.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Solid experience in designing, automating, and maintaining a testing strategy covering unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
• AI Competence: Very good knowledge of modern AI technology (including generative AI and AI agents) and practical experience in applying these in product development.
• Architecture: Very good knowledge of component-based architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Micro Frontends and React Server Components.
• Work in monorepo environments (e.g., Lerna or NX) and tools like OpenTelemetry.
• Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and at least 1 year of experience with GitHub Actions.
• At least 1 year of experience with agile development methodologies.
• Experience exceeding basic requirements (e.g., >3 years with React/TS/Node or >2 years with Next.js).

• Scope: Full-time (100%)
