Do you want to help shape a modern container platform in a hybrid environment where both an on-premises data center and Azure are included? In this role, you will have a central position in a platform team that drives the implementation, optimization, and further development of OpenShift and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO).

You will join a situation where the platform needs to be developed to meet both business and technical needs. The focus is on creating a stable, secure, and scalable environment that makes it possible to migrate applications to ARO, while internal teams receive the right support to work long-term with the platform. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine architecture, platform-near technology, and knowledge transfer in an environment with clear impact.

• You support the implementation and further development of Azure Red Hat OpenShift to meet the business's and technology's requirements.
• You drive the installation and configuration of ARO, including network settings, security configurations, and integration with existing systems.
• You collaborate with development teams to enable test deployments and create the right conditions for application migration to ARO.
• You analyze the platform's performance and work with optimization, scaling, and efficient resource management.
• You strengthen the platform's security and contribute to ensuring the solution complies with relevant regulatory requirements.
• You provide support to internal teams and help them build the capability to manage and maintain both OpenShift on-premises in SDDC and the ARO environment.
• You share your expertise through training and knowledge transfer to create sustainable management over time.
• You create and update documentation for configurations, processes, and routines related to the platform.

• Experience with OpenShift and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO).
• Good ability to work with container platforms in both on-premises environments and Azure.
• Experience with installation and configuration of ARO, including networking, security, and integration with existing systems.
• Ability to work with performance optimization, scaling, and resource management in platform environments.
• Experience handling security issues and compliance related to platform operations.
• Proficiency in collaborating with development teams regarding deployment and migration of applications.
• Ability to support, train, and guide internal teams in technical environments.
• Good habit of creating clear technical documentation.
