BKP GmbH Sweden Branch (hereinafter referred to as BKP) is currently offering a leading role with great opportunities to shape your daily work and operate with freedom under responsibility. We are looking for a structured and driven colleague to join our management team, where you will become part of a team focused on collaboration.

Who are we?

BKP acts as a local service partner to Bosch, which conducts cold climate car tests at its facility located 10 km outside of Arjeplog. BKP is responsible for the operation and maintenance of this winter test facility, as well as providing the necessary services to ensure successful testing operations. This ranges from track preparation, building maintenance, to event and travel arrangements. BKP is service-oriented; we take care of our client's properties and resources and manage all services required to keep a top-class test facility!

About the role

The role of HSEQ Manager is broad, and you are expected to work both operationally and strategically. The main focus of the position is to elevate HSEQ issues throughout the company and integrate quality and safety considerations into all processes at the facility. The HSEQ Manager reports to the Site Manager and is a member of BKP's management group.

What will you be working with?

As HSEQ Manager, you will lead and develop the company's work regarding quality and environment, which includes:

  • Setting goals and working towards achieving them within the area.
  • Working on continuous improvements and acting as a supportive function to identify improvement measures that promote profitability and quality.
  • Maintaining a world-class management system that accurately reflects operations and meets certification requirements for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • Conducting, documenting, and following up on audits.
  • Leading management reviews and preparing quality and environmental documentation for these. Participating in client Bosch's internal audits, visits, and assessments.

The HSEQ Manager is responsible for the facility's security company (Securitas). This involves overseeing and managing the routines and work performed by the security staff. The facility's own medics (Die Johanniter) report to the HSEQ Manager, who serves as the designated link between the client, Bosch.

In addition to HSEQ-related tasks, you are also expected to serve as the department manager for cleaning in this role. This entails personnel responsibility, including recruitment, scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations during the season.

  • Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit.

Access to a personal car is a requirement, considering the facility is located 10 km from the nearest town and public transport is scarce.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
