VINAB is now looking for a driven KMA (Quality, Environment, and Working Environment) Manager who wants to help develop the company on our continued growth journey. Here, you will have a central role where you help develop both structure and culture.
About the role:
As KMA Manager here, you have an important role where you drive and support our industrial operations in matters concerning quality, environment, and working environment. Documentation, communication, coordination, and follow-up are central parts of the role, as well as developing and improving processes, routines, and working methods that strengthen the operations over time.
You thrive by moving around in the operations and traveling within the region to support managers and employees in a coaching and operationally close manner. The work should pave the way forward towards a healthy, safe, and sustainable VINAB.
In addition to the KMA responsibility, you will also work closely with HR and contribute to HR matters within the organization. In the role of KMA Manager, you have the opportunity to influence and develop our working methods, with short decision-making paths and close collaboration with the operations. You are part of VINAB's management group and help drive the company's development forward.
Main responsibilities
- Actively support the organization's managers and employees in KMA-related matters.
- Ensure that the organization works according to current routines, laws, and requirements. Monitor and inform about changes, as well as interpret laws and regulations within the KMA area.
- Drive and support the operations in the work with working environment plans, risk assessments, and internal instructions, as well as in investigations of accidents, incidents, and risk observations.
- Drive improvement work and follow-ups with customers together with relevant employees.
- Handle administration within the KMA area, update and maintain templates, support documents, and internal guidelines.
- Develop KMA training.
- Be out in the field together with our employees.
- Contribute to HR work.
We are looking for someone who
- Has relevant post-secondary education in KMA.
- Has education and/or deep knowledge of legislation regarding quality, environment, and working environment, as well as ISO certification.
- Has at least three years of experience in a similar position. Experience from the industry and its agreements is meritorious.
- It is meritorious if you have experience combining KMA with HR matters.
- Has good knowledge of quality, environment, working environment, health, improvement, and safety work.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you speak Russian or Finnish, we see this as meritorious.
- Has a B driving license.
- Has good computer skills (Office package). We see it as meritorious if you have knowledge of the IA system.

As a person, you are solution-focused, communicative, and skilled at expressing yourself in speech and writing, and you understand the importance of documentation. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and that you have good collaboration skills, as you will be an important support function in the organization. We value a positive attitude and that you have a strong desire to contribute to continuous development.
The role involves a varied daily routine where you switch between KMA work and HR-related matters. You thrive in a role where no day is like the other and where you need to prioritize and adapt based on the operations' needs.
