VINAB is now looking for a driven KMA (Quality, Environment, and Working Environment) Manager who wants to be part of developing the company on our continued growth journey. With us, you will have a central role where you contribute to developing both structure and culture.

About the role:

As KMA Manager here, you have an important role where you drive and support our industrial operations regarding quality, environment, and working environment issues. Documentation, communication, coordination, and follow-up are central parts of the role, as well as developing and improving processes, routines, and working methods that strengthen the business over time.

You thrive by moving around within the operations and traveling within the region to support managers and employees in a coaching and operationally close manner. The work should pave the way forward towards a healthy, safe, and sustainable VINAB.

  • Develop KMA training.
  • Be out in the field together with our employees.
  • Contribute to HR work.

We are looking for you who

  • Have relevant post-secondary education in KMA.
  • Have education and/or deep knowledge of legislation regarding quality, environment, and working environment, as well as ISO certification.
  • Have at least three years of experience in a similar position. Experience from the industry and its agreements is meritorious.
  • It is meritorious if you have experience combining KMA with HR issues.
  • Have good knowledge of quality, environment, working environment, health, improvement, and safety work.
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. If you speak Russian or Finnish, we see this as meritorious.
  • Have a B driver's license.

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is driven and self-motivated with an understanding of regulations and standards within quality, environment, and working environment. As a person, you are solution-focused, communicative, and skilled at expressing yourself in speech and writing, and you understand the importance of documentation. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and that you have good collaboration skills, as you will be an important support function in the organization. We value a positive attitude and that you have a strong desire to contribute to continuous development.

The role involves a varied daily routine where you switch between KMA work and HR-related issues. You thrive in a role where no day is like the other and where you need to prioritize and adapt based on the operation's needs.
