You will step into a coaching assignment within a large knowledge-based organization in the public sector. The focus is on supporting a relatively newly appointed unit manager who leads a small team and is taking the step from colleague to manager. The role involves handling many parallel issues, quick prioritizations, and the need to find a sustainable balance between operational work, team leadership, and strategic matters.

The coaching aims to help the manager create structure, clarity, and security in their leadership. You will also support the work of building long-term working methods in a unit with several new employees, where stability and trust are key success factors. The organization is based on trust-based leadership, so your working approach needs to support a sustainable and long-term mindset. This is an assignment where you can make a clear difference close to everyday life in a new managerial role.

• You conduct individual coaching sessions focusing on structure, prioritization, and sustainable leadership.
• You support the manager in the transition from employee to manager and in establishing role, mandate, and working methods.
• You help create balance between operational work, team leadership, and strategic issues.
• You contribute with concrete tools for prioritization, boundary setting, delegation, and work distribution.
• You strengthen the manager's ability to make reasonable trade-offs, set boundaries, and determine what requires a high level of ambition and what can be "good enough".
• You connect reflection and methodology to current situations in daily life and support the development of sustainable structures over time.

• You have experience coaching managers with less than two (2) years of management experience in at least two (2) completed assignments.
• You have experience coaching within a knowledge-based organization with at least 500 employees in at least one (1) completed assignment.
• You have conducted coaching where prioritization, workload, or sustainable leadership has been a central theme in at least one (1) documented assignment.
• You have experience coaching a manager for a staff or support function responsible for balancing supportive and controlling roles towards core operations in at least one (1) completed assignment.
• You can conduct the coaching in Swedish.

• You have experience coaching managers in the transition from employee to manager in at least one (1) completed assignment.
• You have education or certification in trust-based leadership, or have worked with it as a central part in at least one (1) completed assignment.
• You have experience in change management or organizational development in at least one (1) completed assignment.
• You can demonstrate a methodology that combines reflection with concrete tools within structure, delegation, and prioritization, applied in at least one (1) previous assignment.
• You have experience from at least one (1) assignment within a politically governed organization or the public sector.
