Personal Service Technician – Volvo at Bildeve

For us, it’s not just about cars – it’s about people. As a Personal Service Technician (PST), you are a vital part of a team where we deliver quality, care, and cutting-edge technology every day – with heart first.

At Bildeve, we have a history we are proud of. The company was founded in 1920, and as early as 1927, we delivered our first Volvo to a proud new owner. This makes us not only Sweden's, but actually the world's oldest Volvo dealer.

With over 100 years of experience behind us, we combine tradition with innovation – offering you the security of a strong company that is constantly at the forefront.

Why you should choose us

We believe in you – and we give you the conditions to succeed.

  • You get significant responsibility – and the authority to back it up.
  • You work in a team of two technicians where you jointly take responsibility for the entire customer journey.
  • You get to work in an organization with a stable foundation, clear values, and an infectious optimism for the future.
  • You always have support from experienced colleagues, technical specialists, and leadership that supports you.
  • You get to work with Volvo's latest technology, in a modern workshop where we are technologically ahead of the curve.
  • We are a cheerful and tight-knit group – we have each other's backs and have fun at work.

Your role in the team

As a Personal Service Technician, you are both a technician and a contact person – you are responsible for the entire customer experience, from drop-off to follow-up after the car is ready.

  • You work independently with service and repairs.
  • You have direct contact with the customer – therefore, it is important that you can speak, understand, and write Swedish well.
  • You plan your workday, make decisions, and steer your work process – with support from the team.
  • You work closely with both the technology and the people – this is what makes the role unique.

Who we think you are

We are not looking for the most experienced – we are looking for the most engaged.

  • You preferably have vehicle technical education or a great interest in vehicles.
  • You are meticulous, positive, and feel it is important to do a good job – really.
  • You are confident in taking responsibility, but also humble enough to ask for help when needed.
  • You believe that people are just as important as machines – because we think so too.

What you get from us

We know that you must feel good to do a good job. Therefore, we offer:

  • Security in a strong and well-established organization
  • Generous wellness allowance
  • Fruit, coffee, and community every day
  • A strong team with support, development opportunities, and clear frameworks
  • A workplace where freedom under responsibility truly applies

The position

The position is a full-time role located in Landskrona. Working hours are scheduled from 07:00 to 16:00.

Our values

We stand for Care, Heart, and Quality – and this applies to everything we do: from the customer meeting to how we take care of each other as colleagues. We believe in putting the human being in focus – both in front of and behind the steering wheel.

Do you want to help shape the workshop of the future – at the world's oldest Volvo dealer?

Send in your application – we look forward to meeting you!
