For a century, our work has been part of the value chains that have shaped modern society. At Boliden, we know that the metals we mine and make available will play a crucial role in the future – what matters is how we produce them. Become part of us and drive change for future generations.

Do you want to work and develop in a leading company within the mining industry?

We offer an exciting position where you, as a Production Manager, will have a central role in coordinating our production in Aitik. Our employees are our most important success factor, and we are now looking to strengthen our team.

As a Production Manager, you report directly to the Operations Manager, Production Control. The working hours are arranged in continuous K3 shifts, with morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Your qualifications

You should have a high school diploma and experience working in a mine. Knowledge of mine production and experience planning production flows are advantageous.

We are looking for someone who is good at seeing the big picture and who, as a person, is expected to be solution-focused, proactive, and flexible. The position requires decision-making skills and high collaboration skills with employees in your own organization as well as with other functions within and outside the mining department.
