About the role

As a Workshop Coach, you will play a central role in our operations. You will lead and support our technicians in their daily work, with a focus on creating an efficient and profitable environment. You will collaborate closely with various departments internally and externally, as well as with other companies within the Bilia Group. Your role also involves coaching and motivating a team of technicians to achieve set financial goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote a positive group dynamic.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience in personnel and result responsibility, and who is passionate about leadership and coaching. Vehicle technical knowledge with a focus on bodywork is an advantage. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required. We would like you to be a natural leader with a strong interest in developing and supporting others.

This is a permanent full-time position with an initial probationary period. The location is Bilia VWB AB in Norrköping.
