Biomedical Analyst at the Physiological Laboratory in Hudiksvall
At the Physiological Laboratory in Hudiksvall, biomedical analysts, nurses, doctors, and assistant nurses work together. The laboratory is part of the Heart Unit at Hudiksvall Hospital, and we work together based on three operational goals:
- Our patients should receive care in a timely manner.
- Our working methods should be modern and efficient.
- Our staff should enjoy working here.
One of our colleagues is moving on to new challenges, so we are looking for a new colleague to join us. We are a friendly team that is open to development.

Job Responsibilities
We perform spirometry, EEG, long-term ECG, heart echocardiography (ECHO), exercise tests, and also have a CPAP and pacemaker clinic. We also collaborate with the radiology department and perform vascular examinations.
As a biomedical analyst with us, you will among other things work with:
- Exercise tests
- Heart Echocardiography (ECHO)
- Long-term ECG
- Long-term blood pressure monitoring
- Arm ECG
- Spirometry
- EEG
- Vascular ultrasound (at radiology)

Note: Newly graduated biomedical analysts have the opportunity to receive a salary supplement with us, for a maximum of 24 months from the start of employment.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have the ability to work both independently and in a team. You should have an interest in development and innovation, and be positive and flexible.
Requirements:
- You must be a licensed biomedical analyst.
Merits:
- Competence and experience in heart echocardiography, or willingness to learn this.
