Valora Bemanning is now looking for a confident and engaged licensed physiotherapist for a longer-term consulting assignment within home care in the Gävleborg region. The assignment covers the entire autumn and offers good conditions as well as an stimulating working environment in a cross-professional team.

About the assignment

In this role, you will primarily work within home care, but work in care and nursing homes may also occur. You will operate from the company's facilities in the region and then travel out to patients in their home environments.

Working hours are scheduled during the day (Monday–Friday), and we are looking for someone who is available to work throughout the entire contract period (Sep 1 – Dec 31). The employment rate is flexible and ranges between 75% and 100% based on agreement.

Your main responsibilities:

• Assess patients' functional capacity and need for physiotherapeutic interventions at home or in residential care.
• Plan, implement, and follow up individually adapted rehabilitative, habilitative, and compensatory treatments.
• Guide, instruct, and educate care and healthcare staff in transfer techniques, exercise, and ergonomic working methods.
• Contribute your physiotherapy expertise to care planning and team meetings.
• Collaborate closely in cross-professional teams around the care recipient together with occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare staff.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a good attitude, strong collaboration skills, and who always values high quality in your work. Since you work independently in patients' homes, it is required that you are confident in your professional role.

Requirements for the position:

• Licensed physiotherapist with at least 2 years of experience in municipal care/home care.
• Valid B-driver's license for a manually shifted car.
• An updated and clear CV.
• Attached current extract from the HOSP register (max 6 months old).
• At least one attached reference from a previous manager or superior.
