We are looking for dedicated nurses for flexible assignments in Gävleborg!

• Varied assignments within inpatient care, primary care, SÄBO (supported living), specialist care, on-call duties, and standby assignments.

• Opportunity to choose assignments based on geographic preference, working hours, and duration.

• Registered nurse (Swedish license).

• At least 2 years of experience.

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, equivalent to C1 level.

• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

• Driver's license and access to a car may be advantageous for some assignments.

• Flexibility and readiness to travel or commute when needed.

• Assess and document patients' care needs according to current guidelines.

• Administer medication, order tests, and follow up on treatments.

• Perform nursing care, wound care, and injection treatments.

• Collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and other healthcare staff for the benefit of the patient.

• Participate in care planning and handovers between units when necessary.

• Engaged, responsible, and flexible in dealing with various care situations.

• Structured and confident in documentation routines and patient safety.

• Good teamwork skills and ability to build relationships with patients and colleagues.

• Adaptable and positive towards new work environments and teams.
