Our Operations

Our operations consist of Advanced Hospital Care at Home (ASIH), responsible for the patient's care around the clock, but may also include other targeted palliative or curative measures. Within ASIH, we collaborate with the municipalities of Hässleholm, Perstorp, and Osby. Additionally, there is a joint palliative care unit for ASIH Hässleholm and Kristianstad located in Kristianstad.

Palliative care is relieving care when the disease can no longer be cured. Treatment focuses on preventing and relieving symptoms as well as supporting relatives. We are responsible for specialized palliative care in Northeastern Scania. There are no restrictions on diagnosis or age; the need for specialized palliative care is the governing factor. We work in teams consisting of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, counselors, dietitians, and medical secretaries.

Job Responsibilities

Your tasks are broad and require both structure and flexibility. You work, among other things, with staffing, scheduling, and administration in the HR Portal (HR-fönster), where it is important that you have a holistic perspective and value continuity in employees' schedules. You also handle employment contracts, payroll administration, and permissions, and participate in the introduction of new employees. Furthermore, you provide support in follow-ups, compilations, and other administration related to operations, as well as responsible for document management, meeting administration, and other common administrative tasks. The tasks are varied and mean that you will have meaningful work with us, where your contribution helps employees and their nearest managers to focus on the patients, care, and development of the department.

We work actively with development and improvement work and are open to new ways of working and solutions. Within the work group, we help each other and distribute tasks based on the needs of the operations and the employees' competencies. In daily work, we use systems such as Melior, Pasis, MedSpeech, and speech recognition (TIK).

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have completed and passed upper secondary education and have experience in personnel administrative work, such as payroll administration, scheduling, and staffing. You must have documented work experience that the employer considers relevant for the position. Furthermore, good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required, as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Post-secondary education in administration, HR, economics, or other education that the employer considers equivalent is meritorious. It is also meritorious if you have experience from an executive support function or another coordinating administrative role. We would like you to have experience of administrative work in public operations or healthcare. Experience with Region Skåne's systems, for example, the HR Portal.
