About the position

As the manager, you lead the daily operations and ensure that guests receive a first-class experience. You have personnel responsibility, economic responsibility, and work actively to develop the business.

This is a summer temporary position with the possibility of extension. Period: June 1 – August 29, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute daily work tasks
• Recruitment and scheduling of staff
• Budget responsibility and cost control
• Purchasing and supplier contacts
• Ensure quality and food hygiene according to guidelines from the Swedish Food Agency
• Develop menus and offers
• Work with sales targets and profitability

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from the café or restaurant industry
• Has previous leadership experience
• Is structured and responsible
• Has good financial understanding
• Is service-oriented and solution-focused

Operations & Quality

• Ensure high service and quality standards
• Responsibility for food hygiene according to guidelines from the Swedish Food Agency
• Development of menus and offers
• Planning of campaigns and marketing activities
