Appointment Setter Wanted at Optimal Trappstädning – Drive Our Growth

Optimal Trappstädning is growing and is now looking for 1 driven appointment setter who wants to join our growth journey from 20 to 50 million SEK in revenue. Start date in August.

About the Role

In this role, you will call housing associations (BRFs) around Stockholm to schedule high-quality customer meetings for our sales team. You are the first point of contact for the customer and a key player in our sales process; without you, there are no deals. You will be based at our office centrally located at Fridhemsplan, working alongside the rest of the team.

Your Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to BRFs in Stockholm
• Scheduling high-quality meetings for our sales team
• Maintaining your pipeline and following up on leads
• Contributing to a positive and energetic office atmosphere

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

Previous experience in phone booking or sales is advantageous, but not a requirement; the right attitude is most important.
