Planning Coordinator for Home Care Services in Sjöbo Municipality

We are now looking for you who want to be the one who makes the whole picture work. As a Planning Coordinator within home care, you hold one of the most important functions in the operation. Responsibilities
You are responsible for planning and coordinating the home care resources so that the operation functions in the best possible way. This includes, among other things:
- Planning staffing and schedules.
- Ensuring that customer interventions are planned based on decisions on support and individual needs.
- Working in Lifecare and other operational systems.
- Adapting planning when new needs arise or conditions change.
- Coordinating introduction and planning for new employees.
- Monitoring absence, working hours, and staffing.
- Collaborating closely with unit managers, colleagues, and other resource planners.

Qualifications and Merits
We are looking for you who have a stable foundation and thrive in a role where structure, coordination, and a holistic perspective are crucial.
Requirements:
- Upper secondary education and relevant work experience from an administrative or coordinating function, such as executive assistant, coordinator, planner, or staffing manager.
- Experience in scheduling and planning in operations with 24/7 and weekend staffing.
- Good knowledge of the Working Hours Act, especially regulations regarding daily and weekly rest.
- Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
- Experience in administrative work within care and social services.
- Experience with systems such as Time Care, LifeCare, or Visma/Personec P.
- Category B driver's license.
