Appointment Setter Wanted at Optimal Trappstädning – Drive Our Growth

Optimal Trappstädning is growing and is now looking for one driven appointment setter who wants to join our growth journey from 20 to 50 million SEK in revenue. Start date in August.

About the role

In this role, you will call residential housing associations (BRFs) around Stockholm to schedule high-quality client meetings for our sales team. You are the first point of contact for the customer and a key player in our sales process – without you, no deals. You will be based at our office centrally located at Fridhemsplan, working alongside the rest of the team.

Your responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to BRFs in Stockholm
• Scheduling high-quality meetings for our sales team
• Managing your pipeline and following up on leads
• Contributing to a positive and energetic office atmosphere

We are looking for someone who:

• Is social, driven, and enjoys talking to people

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Presents a professional image on the phone

Previous experience in telephone booking or sales is a plus.

• Commission on booked meetings, with no upper limit

We provide stair cleaning and window cleaning services for residential housing associations in Stockholm and currently have over 450 clients. We are a family-oriented company with strong growth and long-term customer relationships.
