Fluxus is looking for a commercially driven Relining Specialist Salesperson who wants to take a key role in the development of our operations in Stockholm and Northern Sweden.

This is an opportunity for you who have experience in relining or related industries and want to combine technical competence with business development and long-term customer relationships. The role involves great freedom, personal responsibility, and the opportunity to influence both the business and the market.

About the role

As a Relining Specialist Salesperson, you are responsible for developing the business within your geographical area. You work strategically with both new and existing customers and drive deals from initial contact to completion.

You are a natural contact person for contractors, consultants, property owners, municipalities, clients, and other actors within relining. Through your technical competence and business acumen, you build trust, identify new opportunities, and develop long-term collaborations.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• develop and manage long-term customer relationships
• identify and drive new projects and business opportunities
• conduct customer visits, project meetings, and marketing activities
• provide technical advice and support in quotation and project work
• collaborate with contractors, consultants, property owners, municipalities, and other clients
• contribute to the development of our offering and our position in the market.

We are looking for someone who...

...has experience from relining, water and wastewater (VA), plumbing (VVS), contracting, or other related technical operations, and is motivated by developing businesses and creating long-term relationships.

To quickly create value in the role, we would appreciate it if you had an established network within the relining industry and good knowledge of the market's actors. You likely have established contacts with contractors, consultants, property owners, or clients and are accustomed to creating business through trust, knowledge, and engagement.

• has a B driver's license and enjoys traveling within your area of responsibility.
