We are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator for a company in Malmö, starting in August. Here you will have an important role ensuring that payroll operations run smoothly and accurately, while becoming part of an engaged team.

Your Responsibilities
As a Payroll Administrator, you are responsible for the entire payroll process for approximately 350 employees. You work independently and ensure that salaries, reporting, and administration are handled with high quality and accuracy.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing.
• Handle reporting to authorities and external parties.
• Prepare payroll-related documents and reports.
• Administer supplier invoices related to HR and payroll.
• Provide support in payroll and personnel administrative matters.

We are looking for someone who
We believe you are a person who appreciates structure and order, has an eye for detail, and feels confident working independently. You are responsible, have high integrity, and contribute with a professional attitude in interactions with both colleagues and external parties.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have education in payroll.
• Have at least two years of experience in independent payroll work.
• Have worked in the payroll system Kontek.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing.

About the Position
The position is a fixed-term employment with a desired start in August. The assignment is initially for 3 months, with good opportunities for extension based on business needs.

The work is performed on-site in Malmö.
