To our store in Handelscentrum Ingelsta, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. At our store, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 40% and weekly working hours may vary. This is a fixed-term assignment from August 17 to May 5, 2028.

In your role as a salesperson with management group and product group responsibility

The work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. Strong team spirit, high pace, and pleasant interactions characterize the work here. We learn from each other and create results together through development. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

Alongside the common tasks of a salesperson, you work with management group and product group responsibility, which means you:

• Work together with the store manager to achieve the store's goals with high quality and precision.
• Are responsible for the assortment, logistics, display, and continuous information to employees in the store.
• Act as a substitute for the store manager when needed, involving personnel planning and leadership.
• Keep your product group (e.g., red/white wine or beer) representative according to Systembolaget's product placement rules.
• Are responsible for the assortment, logistics, selection, and display, analyze shrinkage, and propose measures.
• Continuously convey knowledge regarding your product group to other employees.

We are looking for you who

• Have reached the legal age (20 years old) to meet the customers who shop with us.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer meeting.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, from early mornings until after closing.
• Are precise and flexible, and generously share your knowledge.
• Have a strong interest in retail operations and leadership, and understand the value of leveraging colleagues' competencies.
• Dare to make and stand by difficult decisions.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Have a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, service jobs, and/or food and beverage, as well as experience in leadership or participation in a management group.
