I am looking for a female personal assistant for

• temporary assignments where shifts are either 08:00-20:00 or 20:00-08:00

I have double assistance around the clock, which means you will always work together with a colleague.

A little about me:

I am a woman in her 50s living with my husband in a villa outside Falkenberg. My life is full of family, friends, and engagement – and I want to continue living it exactly like that! After an accident, I am completely paralyzed and need assistance with most things in daily life: mobility, meals, toilet visits, cooking, petting the pets, and getting ready for my public appearances.

In other words – a completely normal life, but with some special conditions. And that is where you come in!

Who are you?

You are careful, attentive, and quick to read situations. You listen to my voice to see if I am tired, stressed, or pumped up – and you understand how important your role is for me to be able to be everything I want to be: mom, wife, friend, colleague, daughter.

You do not need to have worked in healthcare before, but you must be prepared for the job to be physically demanding. A driver's license is a must, and you must be confident behind the wheel, as you will be driving my car for work. Additionally, you need to have your own car, as there is no bus service to my location.

What do you get?

The position starts as a temporary hourly employment during the summer, with the possibility of moving into a permanent temporary position with a set percentage of hours, working either day or night shifts.

In many assignments, the person entitled to assistance is the employer themselves, while in others, a deputy employer has been appointed. Assignments and roles vary depending on the operation and function.

GIL's office provides support in areas such as employer support, administration, finance, HR, and education. Together, we contribute to making everyday life work for both those entitled to assistance and employees within the cooperative.
