Do you want to work with operational quality control in a production-oriented environment in Stockholm? We are looking for a meticulous and driven Quality Controller for a consultancy assignment via Lernia. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in both practical quality work, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure products and processes meet agreed standards.

As a Quality Controller, you will become an integral part of the production and quality organization. You will be responsible for daily quality control, deviation management, and ensuring that processes follow internal procedures and customer requirements. The role involves close collaboration with production, engineering, and suppliers, as well as contact with the customer when necessary.

• Start date: According to agreement.

• Employment type: Fixed-term/contract via Lernia with the possibility of extension or transition to the client.

• Location: Stockholm.

For this position, you must be a citizen of a NATO country and be able to undergo and pass a background and security check.

• Review, follow up, and ensure compliance with internal quality processes.

• Analyze deviations, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.

• Drive and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in close collaboration with the production team.

• Ensure that operations comply with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and internal guidelines.

You are structured, solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail. You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating across departments to achieve common goals. Furthermore, you are accustomed to working systematically and prioritize safety and quality in all tasks.

• Relevant university or engineering education.

• Experience in quality work in manufacturing industry, preferably from the automotive or similar sector.

• 1–4 years of experience in quality work.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, as English is the working language. Swedish is used in communication between colleagues.

• Experience with ISO 9001 or aviation/defense standards.
