About the role

As a store employee with our client, you will play a central role in guiding customers through the entire process, from the first meeting to the completed dream bathroom. You will work in a tight-knit team where collaboration and high service levels are the cornerstones of daily life.

Responsibilities

The role involves being an advisory salesperson who helps both private individuals and professional customers find the right solutions for their bathroom dreams in one of Scandinavia's largest stores.

• Provide professional advice regarding tiles and bathroom interiors
• Conduct active sales in the store
• Welcome and attend to customers, craftsmen, and interior designers
• Contribute to an inspiring store environment and a good customer experience
• Guide customers through product selection for their specific projects

We are looking for someone who has

• Ongoing post-secondary education with at least 18 months remaining until graduation, preferably 24 months remaining
• Very good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience from sales, retail work, or similar service roles
• Availability to work approximately three weekdays per week as well as every other Saturday

It is an advantage if you have

• Studies in interior design or construction-related subjects
• Basic product knowledge regarding tiles and bathroom interiors
