We are now looking for a driven and engaged Junior Buyer who wants to develop in an exciting role and become part of the company's purchasing team. Here you will have the opportunity to build your competence, develop within the purchasing area, and grow together with the business.

About the Role

As a Junior Buyer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in both strategic and operational purchasing. You will work closely with experienced colleagues in purchasing and contribute to ensuring an efficient material flow that supports the company's high-tech production.

  • Start: As agreed.

  • Employment Type: Fixed-term employment/contract via Lernia with the possibility of extension or transition to the client.

  • Location: Stockholm.

For some assignments, you must be able to undergo and pass a background and security check, as well as be a citizen of a NATO country. This is stated in the ad when applicable.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will handle purchase orders, order confirmations, and delivery tracking.

  • Ensure that materials and components are delivered to production on time.

  • Administer and maintain master data and supplier information in business systems.

  • Assist with supplier evaluations and simple price negotiations.

  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse, logistics, and quality teams to resolve daily flow issues.

About You

We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career and has a strong desire to learn. You are structured, communicative, and thrive with both administration and business contacts. You are a problem solver who remains calm even when lead times are tight.

Formal Qualifications
  • Relevant education in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent work experience.

  • Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in administration, purchasing, or customer service.

  • Experience with tenders, contract writing, and price negotiations.

  • Good computer skills and an interest in learning business systems (advantageous if you have tested systems like Odoo, Monitor, or SAP).

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, as the company has both local and international suppliers.

You are communicative, solution-oriented, and have a business focus. You work carefully, are relationship-building, and have the ability to drive improvements and create trust with suppliers and colleagues.
