Do you want to work operationally with quality control in a production-oriented environment in Stockholm? We are looking for a meticulous and engaged Senior Quality Assurance Controller for a consultancy assignment via Lernia. This role is suitable for you who enjoy both practical quality work, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that products and processes meet agreed requirements.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Controller, you will become a key person in the quality and production organization. You will be responsible for daily quality control, deviation management, and ensuring that processes follow internal routines and customer requirements. The work involves close collaboration with production, engineering, suppliers, and customer contact when necessary. You will also contribute to improvement projects and the implementation of corrective actions.

• Employment type: Fixed-term employment/contract via Lernia with the possibility of extension or transition to the client.

• Location: Stockholm.

For this role, you must be a citizen of a NATO country and be able to undergo and pass a background and security check.

• Act as a requirements setter and contribute to the strategic development of the company's global Quality Management System (QMS).

• Plan, lead, and conduct strategic quality audits of internal processes and critical suppliers.

• Drive and develop CAPA processes at a high level, identifying and implementing long-term improvement measures.

• Coach and support junior colleagues and train the business in quality work and advanced QA processes.

• Represent the company during external audits, authority inspections, and customer reviews.

You are structured, solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail. You communicate clearly and thrive on collaborating across departments to achieve common goals. You work systematically, prioritize safety and quality, and can handle multiple tasks in parallel at a high pace.

• Relevant engineering degree or other equivalent technical or academic degree.

• At least 5–8 years of documented experience in qualified quality assurance (QA) within regulated industries, such as defense, aerospace, space, automotive, or medical technology.

• In-depth knowledge of the quality standard ISO 9001. Experience with AS9100, AQAP, or other defense-related quality standards.

• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English (English is the working language); Swedish is used in internal communication.
